Who knows?
I'd say the schedule and everything will be announced after the Fiji v Samoa game.

It's disgraceful how much we havnt learnt from previous years. We should have a full calender planned for all nations for the next 4 years, let alone this years 4 nations.

Our leaders probably looked at how successful the World Cup is and thought 'oh well looks like we are doing everything right then, better not change anything'.

It really shouldn't be hard to give the Pacific Nations 1-2 games a year, even without a Pacific Cup. Have them play 1 each during the rep weekend and 1 or 2 at the end of the year in their own country. Just to keep the teams actually doing something.

the difference is between the 2008 & 2013 world cup there was actually a really good schedule (aside from the pacific islands not playing)

the 2014,2015,2016 schedule should have been announced after the world cup or at the very least at the start of this season...

we need sally bolton in charge of the RLIF asap

Sally Bolton is great.

But what the RLIF really needs is a full time administrative staff member, not just a development manager.

I hope that DH in Brisbane is true. But seriously its not good enough. The AFC and FFA have had the dates and venues for the Asian Cup out for about 12 months and now the full match schedule out 10 months before a ball is kicked and we are now in April and still know nothing.I worry if this is the blase attitude the ARLC and NZRL have when it comes to the RLWC in 2017.

i assume thats aus v nz & eng v fiji/samoa in brisbane

aus v eng in melbourne is a given

where are england playing nz? auckland?...and where are aus & nz playing fiji/samoa??

i also assume the dates are 25-26 oct,1-2 nov, 5-6 nov & final on the 15th

im also worried about how many england fans are gonna travel given the lateness this is going to be announced, the likelihood this tour misses sydney altogether....think we'll see most fans opting for a simple brisbane-melbourne- sydney lions tour next year...

They should be already setting up qualifiers in '15 and '16 for the WC.

But anyway, I don't get the reasoning with Aus v Eng in Melbourne. England haven't played Australia anywhere else since 2006. I'm sure Brisbane and Sydney would like to see them.
Final in NZ is a good idea. And I guess the Brisbane double header is as well.

the aus v eng game in melbourne leads into the melbourne cup.....the powers that be in melbourne probably pay a decent amount to host it that weekend..

Italy have 3 matches scheduled

Lebanon will play in the MENA championship, dates to be confirmed.

Still waiting on dates for Euro Championship between Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France for end of year.

Really don't understand why it is not done yet. Consider how advanced the international union and soccer is scheduled and it makes this mob look reuely pathetic. At least Nigel and the Rfl bigwigs want to fight the good fight for international footy but for the arlc it is obviously far down in their priorities despite the massive amounts of revenue and excess money they have. No lessons learned at all it seems

The arlc also clearly have no appreciation for overseas travelling fans particularly from england, with the period of notice for fixtures shrinking by the day, thus not many will make the trip down.

Bottom line is a fulltime international executive is needed to take these decisions out of the hands of the governing bodies, especially Australia who just don't seem that interested in developing the game

the 4 nation fixtures was done and dusted months ago....then someone realised the final in brisbane was the same week as the G20 also being held in brisbane...
