Carney has the best of both worlds, he's a very proud Irishman.
He wouldn't take it to heart too much ;)

They have as many too pick from as we do, they just don't receive the right coaching

bs. take it from an aussie living over here, no one cares for RL.

Plenty of people care for RL gypsy it's just that there's not enough of us. Football won the hearts and minds of GB years ago. Luckily for Australia football is well down the pecking order.

Until England sends a few more backs on the plane back to Australia with Widdop, this glaring difference in class will continue. Poms have a great pack but a reject like Rangi Chase running the show? FFS, give up now.

Agree with you there. The forwards are always strong but it's obvious that they do alot of the work and when they're tired the whole team just falls apart. I would have young up and coming players come over to Australia probably lads like Ryan Hall, Tom Briscoe, Sam Tomkins, Richie Myler, Josh Charnley, Jermaine McGilvary and Michael Lawrence all who if given the chance to play in the NRL could go well.

Bringing over developed players such as James Graham won't do much for them because he's already a good player!! the problem is the defence and fitness of the backs, playing in cold and rainy weather doesn't allow you to move the ball out wide so there is the answer for England and until they can start realising that they'll never beat Australia. Really I can't see them making enough improvements for the 2013 World Cup but a good goal to set is for 2017, and giving the younger lads more experience, more high quality matches for the England Knights programme and then hopefully 2017 will be there time.
