Bell will turn 33 next season not sure a 33 yr old bench player being let go after a season of injuries is that surprising. Utai s time has passed . Moltzens injury history and form means we hopefully can let him step away quietly.

Groat is a prop , at this stage for next year we already have - woods, Galloway, Blair, big Ava , jack Buchannan, James gavet, Martin Taupau so that is 7 in front of him which probably indicates he doesn't fit potters plans.

Reddy is a surprise -he has been playing well this year, offers versatility and experience and potter has talked about him being a good influence all year.

I like Bell, thought he was really good for us at lock with his tackling and stiffening our ruck defence but as you say, he is 33, getting more injuries and Sue is really coming along nicely.

Reddy is no more than a depth player covering for injuries but we already have heaps of depth in the outside backs. Even with Aysh and Reddy going we have Lawrence, Simona, Nofo and Luluia now who can play there. Even Siro, Anasta and Fulton could play at centre if we get really desperate and I'm sure we have a few other centres in the lower grades.

Over all we can afford to lose all of those guys without much of a problem.

Lote should have retired earlier in the season so we could have used some of his salary cap when we had all those injuries. Not required in the slightest and well behind Simona, Koro and Nofo for wingers.

With the guys named above, I can understand Reddy & Utai but I was under the impression that Groat was coming along nicely in the NSW Cup and there was some long term plans there? Maybe Potter and Fletcher have good eyes for talent?

Bell surprises me because I think he offers the team plenty if he was played in 1 position and I see that as a back rower whilst using Blair up front.

Moltzen !!! that contradics what I said above in regards to Potter having good eyes for talent. There must be no uncertainty.

I read that on SMH this morning and couldve sworn I was reading the official forum....some quality research there. That said, Id not be too concerned about losing them, we have Lulia for reddy, dont need two of them, Utai & Lote no brainers and bell too

Hopefully we can see more of our Under 20s players promoted into the NSW Cup with their progression no longer blocked by senior players nearing the twilights of their careers. This is consistent with Potter's view about not promoting players directly into the NRL.

Definitely will. Someone will throw him a lifeline and if he can sort himself out off the field he will definitely make it IMO. Seems like the perfect Bellamy project tbh.

It should be 9 Utai, Tuqiri, Reddy, Bell, Thompson, Iosefa, Anasta, Groat, Moltzen.
Add Marshall, Ayshford + Ellis, Hino, Ryan, Fifita and thats a clean out if I'e ever seen one. Issue is who we replace players with. i am all for youth but we have signed Pettybourne(released), thompson (average), Blair (flop until now), Anasta (Not FG standard), Reddy (refer Anasta).

We cant attract players hence the youth movement under Mayer. The only drawcard players on the WT roster are currently Farah and maybe Woods/Galloway.
