Avenger- get a life- no need for the juvenile name calling. Yep, I agree 2005 was years ago now and too many in WT have been living on the once in a lifetime event rather than what is happening now.

As to our records well, since 05 the premiers have been Brisbane, Melbourne and Manly- I dont recall Parra there either. They've have bombed as much as WT. Hell, I hope Parra does do well- I'd rather them win than Melbourne, Brisbane or Manly. But, if WT can make the grade and sneak into the finals it becomes take each game as it comes 1 at a time- go the Weststigers.

We should easily get past the Roosters and Sharks, I would suspect. May hiccup against the Chooks, but we should still just get over the line if we play badly.

We can possibly beat the Eels, if they lose a game from here till then, their season will be over and they'll be out of form. Also, if Hayne suffers and injury they're gone. If one of the 2 happens, I think we can beat them.

We'll be on 28 pts with a F/A of around +60 or so. Then we can beat the Titans, albeit with their great home record, however I don't expect them to be in form when we meet.

Then we'll set up a great final round match vs the Doggies in a game where I'm slightly optimistic we'll win.

5 from 5 isn't impossible, but I wouldn't bank on it. However if we do, we'll end up on 32 pts, same as 05 and finish anywhere between 4th and 6th.

Shame we lost all those close games early.
