Getting absolutely pumped. Was inevitable after all the commentators condemned England to the whitewash yesterday.

Well done to England on a great day for them. Just what the series needed. Game on, makes it much more interesting to watch.
Could be real interesting if the get 400+

Meh. We were getting pumped for a bit at the WACA too. Neither side are consistent enough to really take full control of this match IMO

Im not too worried at this stage. England showed this morning that things can change dramatically in a single session.

Good to see a contest though!

England doing well and it's boring, call me old fashioned but I prefer a helluva contest over one sided floggings.

Was your cricket passion lowered when Australia were invincible or not? I know a few people who thought Australia’s dominance made cricket boring.

Well done Cook.

Was well deserved.

Don't wish to the piss head Pom who just knocked my phone out my hand. Grrr.

Anyway.

Aust won't get another wicket here. Eng 2/600dec.

Eng by an innings. I hate being a lowly ranked test side.

After watching Channel 9’s Cricket coverage for the best part of the past 20 years I’ve heard some outlandish, ill informed and ultimately stupid comments from their commentators.

But Bill Lawry blaming Usman Khawaja for the Victorians poor turn out at the MCG (home of cricket my ass) today was by far the dumbest thing I’ve heard come out of a commentators mouth. What a moron, should be left in the retirement village permanently after that.

Good fight back from the Poms, have always liked Cook and it was good to see him show his class.

I wouldn't say bored because watching Gilly and Warne in particular was something I knew I'd never see again.
Watching Hayden act like he was He Man after scoring a hundred against Zimbabwe when we were already 500 in front got boring.

Been both days. Total attend out bs and not reality. Seriously bs crowd figures.

I had a go at Antilag before but today's crowd was overinflated imho.

Nice ton from Cook, he looked good

I just wonder if the poms can put on more than one good day, they had a half decent day in Perth then just wilted.

Poms putting it together in a dead rubber when it matter the least
Warner ton is there too

still we could skittle them for under 350 and then game on

first session crucial tomorrow

still a long way to go

I wonder if fast bowlers from other nations constantly get injured like ours do or if ours are just soft as f**k?

Surprised to see people writing off Aust already. The poms only need to lose a couple more wickets and they’re into the tail. I would still confidently back the aussies to win.
