Khawaja usually looks the goods…. Obviously in some conditions he’s really struggled…. But surely he’s a better option than Harris, and to be fair in a lot of conditions he offers as much as Warner
Warner would walk into the kiwis side and you know it

Vaughan saying something about building an idiot - so many already made materials available with his co-commentator, if he wants to assist.

Given his record in the UK and here, he might have struggled to establish a first class career, or would be a very different player. No question he’s amazing in bouncy fast conditions

Commentary acting as if this might be a contest, seem to be overlooking the English batting

Their bowling is ok, and it shouldn’t be forgotten that Stone and Archer aren’t here… batting there’s just Root and eventually Stokes…

Carey is Channelling Wade

Takes a lot of work to get into a Test team and takes even more work to stay there.

Carey (30) needs to score runs to cement his place in the team going forward

Other wicket keeper candidates

Josh Inglis (26) averages 34 in FC Cricket
Josh Philippe (24) averages 33 in FC Cricket
* Ben McDermott (27) averages 33 in FC Cricket
Jimmy Peirson (29) averages 32 in FC Cricket
Sam Whiteman (29) averages 35 in FC Cricket

* Can keep wicket
