Can we please finally say goodbye to Cumming in the NZ team, the bloke is clearly not capable of playing at this level.

You mean the shot you wanted to drop him for? LOL, top call mate. After 56 ODI's with an average of 39 having played every test playing nation bar India I'd say his technique has held up under inspection.

The reason he`s been going ok recently is because he`s tried to put the dumb shots out of his game and play a bit on the off side as well. He still has some issues which prevent him from fulfilling his potential.

Bad technique is bad technique whether you score a duck or 50. It`s not about looking good among a poor bunch, but about being as good as you can be.

I disagree, he just hit that block too well.

13 ODI's for an average of 13.41 and 11 tests for an average of 25.94 says it all. It's not as if he looks good out there and has just had bad luck, he consistently looks out of his depth.

Broom's going to have to clean up the mess that Cumming just made and help Taylor stitch this innings back together.

I was being sarcastic  I agree completely, absolute waste of space, couldn't believe it when I heard he was in the team. Now we've only got 5 bowling options while gaining zero runs in return.

Yes because an average of 40 makes him just look good amongst a poor bunch. FMD Clarke averages just 2 more at 42 and is one of the best batsmen in the world.

I'm starting to wonder if you're trying to impersonate Byrne_Rovelli.

Taylor front foot pulls for another six. Time to put the kiddies to bed parents, you don't want them picking up such awful technique.

He's easily and consistently one of your best batsmen, if not the best outright, and that's the case again today....your nitpicking is akin to the idiots calling for Clarke's head on this side of the ditch
