What's up with the crowd?
Sporting capital and all that.....

I'm not sure if it's an ODI trend, the time of the year that this match is on or it's just a best of 5 series instead of something more exciting like the tri-series. But all major sports attendances in Australia seem to be dropping off

Something that annoys me about cricket broadcasting, when the ball is hit into the outfield the camera shot is close in for no reason. For a second or two you have no idea if it's an easy 4 or straight to the fielder for a simple 1 or if the fielder has to dig in to save a boundary.

Why don't they pull out to a wider shot. There's people at channel 9 who get paid to broadcast cricket properly and they f**k up something like that.

Record 6th wicket partnership at the MCG.

They beat a couple of nonames in Jones and Simon O'Donnell...

Calling it now, we've got this.

ODI crowds are f**ked for meaningless games and have been for a decade. Any wavering fans will keep their money for the world cup.

This crowd is the bigger so far, one of the early games got about 19k.

Wtf is that about the captain getting suspended for a slow over rate...
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
I'm going to the SCG game on Sunday and I want to see De Villiers play.

As for Steve Smith, he is a bloke I always disliked until he started performing. With those chubby cheeks he looks like a 12 year old boy. But he has come along as a good bat.
