I don't remember the club (this was back in 2005/06), but Moises teammate (who was in my grade in high school) was Chris Lee. I have no idea what's happened to Chris as I haven't spoken to him since 2007.

Clarke made a terrible call when he reviewed his lbw. Unless you know you hit the ball, it's not worth risking the only review you have.
Would have saved 2 of his teammates.

Well they already review no balls whenever they want to (after a wicket is taken), so what's the difference?

We are on that path already with it being done this way.

It should be left to the umps or not used at all. Players aren't umpires and should have no say on decisions.
