f**k me what's the point of taking the powerplay in the last 10 when in the few years before the batting powerplay teams were regularly making 80-100 off the last 10 anyway?

Because South Africa did it successfully against Australia once so now Ricky thinks thats the only way

Problem is if you lose wickets its more pressure on the tailenders with the field up as they cant push 1's and 2's as easily as in the past

Cricket is unfair. We have had good bowlers in the past who bowled their guts out (Clark/Kasperwitz) yet got little reward. Mitchell Johnson is blessed with some of his hauls.

Ponting haters are a funny bunch. One of the greatest cricketers of all time in our team and all they want to do is bag him for everything. I'll never understand it.
