Indian batting is atrocious, way too much ODI cricket

They have forgotten how to bat in test cricket, no wonder no one turns up to their test matches.

This is what money does when you get your priorities wrong.

I think the tour is too long for India

They are one country happy to play 2 tests series I reckon, lol

I didn't expect England to roll India in 3 days.
Their rebuilding is coming along and so is Moeen Ali. I thought he may just be a stop gap spinner but he could be their front line spinner for years to come if he can keep improving with the ball. Showed some promise with bat against Sri Lanka but I feel England would be better suited if he dropped down the order to 7 or 8 so England can bring in another batsmen.

Credit to England and Alastair Cook for fighting back. They're nowhere near the finished product but their young players are settling in well and they're improving all the time.

Alastair Cook may be an average captain tactically, but one thing he does have is fight (apart from his handling of that clown Shane Warne's criticism). He will stick it out for his team (unlike others who f**ked off and left him on his own to take all the criticism) and imo, he is the man to rebuild this side.

Spot on.

I don't like many poms but I like Cook, he's honest about what he is and as you say he's a true battler. I would be happy if he comes right, and I'm pretty sure he will.

This is a ridiculous Indian team though it has to be said, hardly any true test batsmen apart from possibly Pujara (in a form slump) and Rahane. Kohli will come right but he's not the superstar that everyone thinks he was.
