The fact that in 23-27 FTP, there isn't a single test series of over 2 matches that doesn't involve Australia, England and India whether it be playing each other or one of the other nations is a complete disgrace. West indies have a single series of over 2 matches in that period and Sri Lanka have none!

The ICC need to take the lead on this and enforce that every WTC series is 3 tests. Australia, England and India can play 4 or 5 against each other if they like but only the first 3 count as part of the WTC.
