Pretty good day considering.

Renshaw has had a bad run with illness this tour, first the runs and now Wadeitis.

Will our batsmen magically discover how to read their new spinner in between innings?
The Aussies will need to learn how to play Kuldeep better, especially be aware of the googly. I can't remember the last time they faced up to a left-arm wrist spinner in test cricket, as there haven't been too many in international cricket over the years

Could have been a fantastic day if not for poor old Renshaw and his nerves in the slips.

Still a good day, we're on top here. Another bloody good test match shaping up. The bowlers were all very good (mostly), Lyon obviously did the damage but Cummins and SOK unlucky. I thought Cummins was hugely important, started the rot with Rahul's wicket and just about created a chance every second over.

Hope the captain and coach have a good talk to Renshaw and say something to get his head back in the game. Perhaps some extra catching practice in the morning. Be interesting to see how Renshaw bounces back from his first real bad couple of days of test cricket so far.
Still 3 days left with a real chance of winning it. Gonna need all hands on deck.

First test at the Gabba with Hazlewood Starc Cummins and Pattinson fit and firing should be interesting.

Except CA will prepare another road so they milk every last cent out of the test match....

The pitches were quite fast for the last ashes. I don't think they flatten the pitches quite as much for England and the rsa. The flattest pitch I've ever seen was the waca for nz and the mcg for the windies. Now that was clearly 5 day pitches for TV
