He'd be useful in England or New Zealand when the ball is swinging.

Vernon Pieeater is proof you don't need to be express to take wickets, he's also proof that if it's not doing much you're just a medium pacer.

Sayers isn't in the same class as Pieeater. Or Cummins, Hazelwood or Starc.

That said he toiled hard and deserved his wickets.

Well he can say his first Test wicket was AB DeVillers, doubt many can claim that.

Decent debut, still has the tail to bowl at.

Haze is arguably our best bowler and Sayers is a new ball bowler. if he doesn't take the new rock you wouldn't bother picking him

He's a terrific prospect though, him and Rabada WOW!!

I genuinely think Haze often bowls better in his second spell... I wonder if he'd bowl as well if he was first change. It's not like the ball is wrecked by then

too slow to make it, maybe a fringe player on pitches that will do a bit but run fodder at this level much like Copeland @ 125ks to KP and having his arse handed to him on a flat pitch
