The reasons are bigger. But yeah surely the players need to step up. Certainly Pollard and to s lesser extent Bravo are not huge losses

Hard to measure how much this off filed pay/drama/politics is affecting the individual as well as the whole playing group, must has some affect

Easier to just label them lazy cricketers

I guess I worded that wrong, what I meant is that there is no reason on paper why this team should be such a hopeless failure with the teams they're able to field.

I don't think they're lazy, more like extremely demotivated and uninterested
