England all out for 155, Root the top scorer with 39.
All the Indian bowlers took wickets, Jadeja with the best bowling figures of 3/19

155 is no 74, but this is the subcontinent so it will be difficult to defend. That said, small targets can be tricky for sides chasing, so we'll just have to wait and see what happens. I don't think England have the bowling personnel in this match to do what's required

India won by 7 wickets and take a 2-1 lead in the series. They made the runs in under 30 overs

closing in on the interval in this game and I think England are in a solid position 76s to Cook and KP and Root is going on solidly with the bat. England look likely to get 250 odd, so the bowling still needs to be good to get a win here which England need to stay in the series

England 257/7 (50.0 ov)

Decent total, defendable for sure. Its a miracle Gambhir is still in this team.

I still think England need to bowl well to defend that total, 257 isn't a huge total and this match is being played in Asia

crucial wicket for England. It is now very much game on. All of a sudden of course

England need to take Dhoni's wicket

I don't think it will, they get enough of those in their favour for them to know that these things do tend to cancel each other out

series win for India. The only top country (not that they're really top at the moment) not under performing in ODIs

India
1 Gautam Gambhir, 2 Rohit Sharma, 3 Virat Kohli, 4 Yuvraj Singh, 5 Suresh Raina, 6 MS Dhoni (captain and keeper), 7 Ravindra Jadeja, 8 R Ashwin, 9 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 10 Shami Ahmed, 11 Ishant Sharma

England 1
Alastair Cook (captain), 2 Ian Bell, 3 Kevin Pietersen, 4 Joe Root, 5 Eoin Morgan, 6 Samit Patel, 7 Jos Buttler (keeper), 8 Chris Woakes, 9 Tim Bresnan, 10 James Tredwell, 11 Steven Finn

I think England might want to win a little bit more than India who have already won the series and can't clean sweep. Dhoni got out for 15, India are 106 for 5 after 29. IF there are more wickets, India will be lucky to make 200
