Why change something that isn't broken??? He is in the side as a keeper, his excellent counter attacking batting is a bonus. Would he be able to bat as freely up the order.

Are you trying to say our number 3 batsman doesn't need changing?

Not at all, find a 3 and put Wazn at 6. But why put your keeper there who is nearly MOTS????

He is in the side to keep not bat, leave him at 7 where his counter attacking batting can cause the opposition the most damage.

He would have to go close

Two man contest between Hads and Super Mitch

Haddin has saved our batting every match. He has effectively given the bowlers something to defend. Johnson is only a prick hair behind him, but Haddin would have to be my pick as well. He's like the Test version of Michael Bevan.

He's already my man of the series.

Johnson would have never been in a position to run through them if it wasn't from a series of high-pressure innings from Hadds.

I agree with you. We would be screwed if Haddin fails in this series, might even be a different ashes winner.

They're going to give it to Johnson regardless, the commentators have such a whopping great hard on for him.

I'm not saying he's not been good - he's frankly been f**king amazing - but Haddin has dragged Australia kicking and screaming out of the furnace in all five tests.

I just reckon he is the stability player we have need in that position.
The only other player that could go ok if given the chance is Hughes (even thought he is pretty much hated on here thanks to BM)

I didn't think it was possible, but Borthwick may actually be worse than Kerrigan..

You won't get an argument from me precisely for that reason
