I think it is a bit more than spicy, yesterday we saw one that was back of a good length, and it went over Pants head for 4 byes.

Maybe the new hybrid couch they are using is just not suitable for test cricket, this is the first time it has been used for test cricket according to Binga
Been a cracking test

I actually never minded him, particular when he was captain. Lot of respect

But this series , has lost his mental toughness and acting like a 10 year old spoilt brat. All respect lost for the bloke.
I get trying to pump your team and crowd up, but he’s going the wrong way about it.

why a 40min lunch , tea is 20

Why not 30-30?
Tim Lane is the man to answer that:
Back in the 1880s WG Grace used to want a ham sandwich for lunch but it had to be delivered by hackney coach from Leon's deli to Lords which took 35 minutes. Therefore the lunch break is 40 minutes, one of the great traditions in the most traditional of games.

Another fun session...

All those loving Konstas are in for real treat when they see Crawley in person

India hugely missing Bumrah, think they likely win with him, but as it stands if two guys can bat for an hour sensibly, Australia win... and if they don't, it's pretty embarrassing tbh

Despite Wilson's interesting calls, Jadeja is brilliant at that - there was one earlier, and the 4 vs 3 one was closer than anyone expected...

Been a cracking test

go back 10-15 years when 400 didn't guarantee you a first innings lead and there were plentry of 500+ scores and we complained and blamed it on the drop in pitches and we long for a 250 run pitch

I prefer a 250 run pitch as it's a better balance between batter and bowler, but I think this is well under a 250 run pitch, although I'd still prefer this type of pitch

no one knew what this pitch would do so I guess it was a bit of a gamble

Couldnt he have ordered it before start of play, for lunch ?
