As wlling as I am to get hyped for the Broncos, they still have some work to do in playing the full 80 minutes. They've shown an ugly habit of switching off at Half-time that needs to be addressed.

Otherwise, the quality of their footy has been amazing. The round 12 clash against the Storm will be an amazing game.

Roosters... please. They were woeful against the Titans on the weekend, and almost got beaten in the last 5 minutes.

The Roosters have had one of the easiest draws....

Souths, Raiders, Panthers, Titans, Warriors, Storm

The first decent team they played what happened????? 44-4!!

Rubbish team

You have my commiserations Broncos fans. Your team was going so well too.

I know, right? FFS!

Funny old season so far. We're literally playing poor enough that I wouldn't blink if we were down around 12th on the ladder.

But in saying that, a lapse in concentration against the cowboys is the only thing that has stood in our way of being on top of the ladder with the Storm. Weird.

One things for sure, on pure form alone (not just wins and losses), there is no way that Brisbane are the 2nd top team in the comp atm. Comfortably around 5th-6th, but that'd be it.

The honesty of your post has got my respect!

To be fair it was the same last year, Melbourne have all their cards on the table and it works, Brisbane usually do just enough to win then step it up in finals (before losing a playmaker :?)

talk about taking the facts out of context, you make it sound like melbourne and brisbane choke in the finals, but in the last decade, only 8 titles have been legitimately won, manly have 2, roosters, st george, penrith, brisbane, tigers and bulldogs all have one each.

all that really says is that the salary cap works. team strength ebbs and flows. most sides have hard luck stories when they don't win the premiership. i still would rather follow a strong team that has won more than half their games over the life of their club. Neither melbourne or brisbane have bought many established rep players, they have fostered their own, unlike most of the other 6 teams who have won titles in this last decade.

surely somebody wants to argue with this?
