She's well known in the UK. I heard of her first in 2008 when she sang in the FA Cup Final Cardiff v Portsmouth. The game was a dull affair between two modest clubs. The highlight was Katherine's appearance pre game.

She's in Australia now. I saw her on A Current Affair the other night (see below)
