Breakfast: Peanut butter sandwich, glass of OJ
Lunch: Steak sandwich, with caramelized onion, tomato, lettuce, and dijon mustard, on turkish bread, served with chips and a can of coke
Mid-arvo snack: 2 HCT sandwiches, can of sprite
*work for 4 hours, but very little work done

Dinner: Maccas - Large big mac meal, cheeseburger, 6 nuggets with sweet n sour sauce
I had dinner about an hour ago, and just weighed myself then
