im so glad you guys love that one too!
i thought i was alone with that being my fave!!
Am I the only one who doesn't care in the slightest about Michael Jackson? Fair enough....
im not in tears over him, but if anything, its an excuse to reminisce (thats a hard word to spell) about his music....
im at the moment cos i just found out a work mate only has a few weeks to live.. brain tumours..
now THAT'S devastation...
Nah man, count me in.
Not that I hated him, it's just that for the last few years the media + others has happily torn his reputation to shreds and now its all "OMG WE LOVE HIM". This to me is more tragic than his death, he has to die to get positive attention.
I'm just completely indifferent, it's sad when anyone dies, but it happens to us all.

He wasn't just anyone though. He was one of those rare individuals who had the ability to invoke emotions in other's en masse. He was a guy who could do something to make the whole world stop and say "wow". Kind of like the musical equivalent of Greg Inglis to a Rugby League fan or Tiger Woods to a golfer. You think you've seen it all and then Michael Jackson would come out and do something that would top the best thing you've ever seen by a long margin. He was an incredible talent. Like most incredible talents, he was also a strange-o. Seems talent and strangeness go hand in hand.
no, im not ok, it sucks!
but, i haven't had many dealings with him since he got sick about this time last year, except for a fundraiser... he's in wagga..
I don't want to be one of THOUSANDS that trys to contact him in his last few days, but fmd im going to be inconsolable when 'the inevitable' happens
it is always sad when things like this happen, but if he hs been sufferring for so long, maybe this is his opportunity to get some peace, knowing that does not make it easier to deal with the loss, but it should make you feel better that he won't be in pain anymore. Sufferring is worse than death (in my opinion anyway)...no, im not ok, it sucks!

That sucks...Hugs?
Seriously, if you wanna talk about it, you have my MSN and FB and number!
I know what you mean, but I think you misunderstand me. My grandma is quite ill and she has been sufferring for several years, selfishly I want to hang on to her for as long as possible, but sometimes you see how much pain someone you love is in and you really want peace for them. I never thought this myself, but when my grandmother told my "forgive if me if I die" it hurt to hear, because we just don't want her to die, but we do not want her to hurt like this anymore, the lady used to swing from trees and be so happy, but now she finds it difficult to leave her bed and is in constant pain and the sad truth is, that her condition will only get worse ... this is really painful to think aboutI was dead before I was born. I rate suffering higher than the 8billion years I was dead for.

well thats a stupid thing to say cos im not, but you know what i mean... its ok for now. nothing can be done anyway!
