I feel like such an ass.

My girl called today on the verge of tears because her boss informed her that the three week contract extension they'd promised had fallen through, and she'd have to go home October 10 instead of October 31. Not only does this mean she leaves earlier, but it also ruins her trip to London.

Rather than being supportive and trying to cheer her up, I selfishly moaned about how sh*t that was because I wouldn't get to see her etc. Feel like a prize asshole now.

She's coming over tonight, and I'm determined to make it up to her.

Sooo tired! These late night visits and early morning goodbyes are killing me. I can't imagine how she's coping with going to bed at 3am, getting up at 7am, and having to work from 9am until 6pm :lol:
