The only thing that keeps my dog active are the birds. She'll just sit there in the bushes waiting for one to hit the ground and then hit the bolt straight for it... They tease her on the clothes line evertime she's outside. She tasted victory once...

can't remember the last time my dog 'bolted'. She use to scare the sh*t out of cats and birds in her younger days, but now the birds can sit in her food bowl right in front of her and she doesn't do anything..

yeah, some dogs require a lot more attention whilst growing up compared to cats. When they get into their older years they don't want to go for walks (or can't) as much, but you have to bath them more because they start to stink a whole lot quicker..

As for Staffie's being lazy, my mate has a Staffie and she's always leaping up on you. Either that or trying to root your leg. She does it to all the male visitors, and she's been neutered!

thanks josh! yeh they are sweethearts. i've been staying at sassys house for the past few weeks and only see them once a week and Tilly gets soooo upset every time i leave. she starts shaking and giving me filthies. Mackie is kinda dumb so he doesn't get it hahaha

but they both spend the whole day in bed with me today. i think they know i'm sick.

Sassy has an adopted greyhound named Dolly Parton and she treats me as part of her pack, she's so cute. ill post a foto of her tomorrow!
