The man in the bowler hat.John Raper walked naked down the middle of the street in daylight
Sack the bastard now
Just like the"big fish" story. Why can’t we go off reports from the time though? .
That is a whole other thread. Is Michael Bani in the mix?
Just like the"big fish" story.
Yeah sure.
Those people would truly dead and buried. They called Clive Churchill the little master, Messenger was the master. They were people who saw both play.
Translation: You're salty because hes from NSW and is the GOATLast immortal racially slurred Greg Inglis and was a routine drug user his entire career, does being an immortal mean anything anymore?
Those people would truly dead and buried.
You would be only be relying on anecdotal evidence at best - hence the "big fish" story.
Last immortal racially slurred Greg Inglis and was a routine drug user his entire career, does being an immortal mean anything anymore?
It's so annoying that people keep bringing up Johns's off field controversies. Seriously if we got rid of every player who did something out of the line even in the slightest we wouldn't have a game left.
Also Shane Warne did much more disgusting, controversial and degrading things than Joey but he was always a hero and it never bothers anyone that he is cricket royalty and has every award under the sun. Probably just salty QLD'ers
He was never made Australian captain because of his antics.
But other than that weight loss tablet ban and acting like a bogan, what were his degrading and disgusting indiscretions?
Sexual indiscretions, bringing the game into disrepute, match fines for abusuve behaviour, sending dirty texts to female nurses when he was married right from the top of my head.
Who are you talking about?Lyon must be on that hit list now too then?
Translation: You're salty because hes from NSW and is the GOAT
You don’t think he’s devalued the entire concept?
Paul Kent has a lengthy article on the new process in today's Daily Telegraph. Don't worry, I won't bore you all with its complete contents
However one interesting fact he revealed is that under the new process for determining Immortals, a player can only be considered a maximum of three time to become an Immortal. If they do not accrue enough votes on 3 occasions they cannot be considered for Immortal status ever again. So basically its "3 strikes and you're out".
Who are you talking about?
If it's Jamie Lyon you're talking about, you are sadly mistaken you goose.
