I havent been involved in 7's for that long either but alot longer then EA and for him to come out and disrespect some of the 7's best posters ever makes me angry.

Well they're not the Bradman of F7's as far as I'm concerned. They're a pair of annoying little sods who post their crap in the NRL forum as far as I'm concerned.

Bear in mind though, you've seen their postings. Good for you. I haven't, I only have the crap they post here to work from. Actually, I haven't read one of yours either come to think of it.

Allthough RC has decided to come back on melons case, Why should he be forced to come back and play a game he doesnt choose to play anymore. I know I used to get in Sh*t for FORCING people to come back and play for Rhinos so why does this genius get the satisfaction.

You have posted 1 Forum Sevens Post and scored relatively well. Does that give you the power to make an obviously controversial Thread that was always going to have bickeringand fighting in it. Its the pointless. If melon wanted to continue playing forum sevens the door has been open ever since he departed. The VM Roosters could of been a team in this years competition or last years but as I can see and many others he didnt choose to. You forcing him with these stupid "Chicken" comments is just ridiculous.

And, I'll say it, Who cares about the VM Roosters? Whatever nice things are said about them and however relevant they were, they aren't relevant to me.

RC is a big boy, he can handle his own business and frankly, if he wanted you to stand up for him, I'd think less of him.

I'm glad Melon isnt returning because if he chose to now MR EA would have a bigger head then Myself winning a Forum Sevens Competition. Then again, if he did join It would be a big step for Forum Sevens.

Firstly, I don't have a big head from one F7's posting, that's plain ridiculous. If I thought for one second that I was underestimating the opposition or overestimating my own ability, I wouldn't be in it.

Whatever perceived ability I have is very little to do with me. I can't stop people thinking.

Secondly, you think it's not ok for me to try and shame Melon into playing F7's, but you think it's was ok for you to piss in people's pockets repeatedly to play? There are more complaints about you than anyone else in F7's for your choice of recruitment tactics.

BP, it was tongue in cheek and I had no knowledge of their previous exploits and frankly, if I had it may have made it not tongue in cheek. With respect to people who think I should have respected it anyway, there was no way for a "newbie" to know that they had already played F7's. I am reliably informed that I should have asked first to make sure I wasn't insulting the memory of some good F7's posters. That would have been a good trick.

It got a bit out of hand, I did 1/3 of my job and I got to insult Parramatt again.

All in all, better than I had hoped when I started it. ;-)

I won't go into the reasons that Ozzie hasn't responded until now, what I will say is that he is a dear friend of mine. Ozzie doesn't deserve your comments and is very much respected.

I have to concur with PP on the subject of Ozzie. When this game was struggling after the shyte hit the fan (and I know you weren't involved with it then...) and we had only a couple of teams putting there hands up to play at yet another site, Ozzie worked his behind off to keep, not only our team together, but the game going as well. He has also worked tirelessly behind the scenes once the game found it's new home here at LU and did so under circumstances in which he could have been forgiven for thinking 'f**k it, it's just a game'. It's not arrogance that Ozzie posts with, nor condesending clap trap, just passion for the game and respect for (most) of his fellow players. As Pen has said, there are reasons why he's not here replying and I'm certainly not trying to fight his battles for him but, he's a good mate of mine and has always seen me right.

But anyways, wheres that bat...

I was polite and conciliatory in an earlier posting made to him in this thread, yet he has tried to bounce me not once, not twice, but three times. In fact, I was conciliatory even after he totally misread a posting I made and went off without being baited.

I am not that easy to bounce and I don't care who he is.
