Certain hollow mindless grubs in the league media don't have a shred of substance.

They r so devoid of ability to objectively report on the game that they take the gutless & vacuous approach in earning there money by trying to continually discredit our club & engage in scandalised & sensationalist reporting.

The biggest dickhead in this huge pool of lowlife rugby league journalists has got to b the f**kwit James Judas Hooper who pretends to b a fan of WT yet is a sycophant of the oxygen thief Isaac moses !!

Well said and 100% on the money......the only thing i would disagree on is the possibility of selecting the worst of the carpet mites.....they spew righteous indignation at the drama in the sport but they themselves inspire... .inflate and in many cases engineer the drama to sustain their livelihoods...f**k 'em!

I don't think this will be over today....

I can see the " why did they put deadlines on them?" being the angle this week...

Yep..

Didn't need to be a genius to see this....

Now lets hope they don't put another statement out to address this... ( like they did with the booing...)

Whatever actions the club Management take, there will be fault found in hindsight by the media..

Woods hasn't signed with the Bulldogs. He will most likely end up in Belmore, but a week ago was still undecided about whether he would stay at the Tigers or commit to the Bulldogs.

Then the club imposed its deadline. Some believe the club had no choice in order to plan for the future. Woods saw it as a slap in the face.

It's a sad predicament given Woods likes new coach Ivan Cleary and believes in the vision he has for the club.

Unfortunately he might not be around to see it come to fruition. If he wants to stay a Tiger for life, all he has to do is ask and the contract will be put back on the table.

But he's been hurt by the club's ultimatum, so much so he chose to ignore some of the Tigers' hierarchy in the sheds after their win against the Bulldogs on Sunday.

Poor guy just needed a bit more time to decide and all would have been sweet...

Nawww poor Woodsy. The bloke just wants to play some good footy and needs a year to decide whether he wants to stay at the club. Boo hoo.

He's carried on like a total merkin. Let the boos ring out loud on Saturday.

It's a bit of an unpolished read, but it is addressed to us mug punters and not an official club press statement.

IMO it makes for good reading in that it caters to its audience quite well. The fans have been left to question what the hell is exactly going on at the club and Pascoe alleviates the concerns somewhat. Picking up a couple more smart target signings will go a long way to reassuring the fans that the board and the football department are serious about getting this club competitive.

Couple that with the fact that in the three games under Cleary, we've been competitive in all three and really should have the six comp points save the godawful 15 minutes against the river snakes. There's been a rapid improvement in attitude with the same crop of players that JT simply couldn't extract the best out of.

Must be hard to decided whether to take $750K or $900K.

Wish I had to make those sorts of difficult decisions.

Message to Justin Pascoe.

Love your work.

Cant believe you and Cleary have made it possible for me to be super excited about Wests Tigers future while losing three of our big 4.

I hope you and Ivan stay with the Tigers for decades to come.

Ned - that is 100% correct. It seems like the club is starting to be strong in regards to how the club is being managed.

I can't give Pascoe much credit when he showed what a spineless amateur he was by allowing the insidious grub Isaac moses to walk all over him.Pascoe should've had the sense to impose deadlines on isaac's puppets contracts ages ago.

Its no coincidence that since the messiah Ivan's arrival our off field decision making has become so unlike WT in that it's been bloody perfect.Additionally I must credit the messiah for Brooks's best game in 3 yrs.

awww.

Did he want another month? He could've signed an extension last year, or anytime in the first 2 weeks that Ivan was around. I believe it only takes a few minutes to sign your name if you are really really slow.

f**k him. I'm over it now, good player but poisonous attitude.

If losing Teddy and Woods means we make examples of petulant players and that it won't be tolerated then it is a good trade off.

I want them both to stay now but they have to have an attitude adjustment. Currently it appears we are cutting out the cancer. If they can prove they aren't cancer then they can come back but geez they would have to do an about face.

Personally my bet is on these guys being cancer to the club and they will prove that by stating they have signed elsewhere not for more money but because they've been slighted in some ways.

You're all over the shop 05. You're calling them dogs in every other post but you want them to stay?

I think they are dogs because they are going. If they stay they are back in the good books.

My bet is on them being dogs. I hope I'm wrong.
