How much stank is at the Bulldogs right now? Someone is willing to take a 3k a week paycut to get the f**k outta dodge.

Serious question- may be obvious, but do players move house every time they switch teams? Obviously if interstate but what about nsw teams? I’m unsure on distances in the state so happy to hear what goes on

Haven't you heard how busy Sydney's roads are?

Merkin player going to a merkin club, natural selection at its best.

The sharks are a glamour club who owns the land they play on and have an annual profit stream of well in excess of $9 million. Far from a merkin club. In fact, judging by player in and outs over the last 5-10 seasons, I'd say they are the 'go-to' destination for top tier players.

Woods was cooked the moment opposition players realised that you completely nullified his upper body strength and offload if you just tackled him low at the back of the knees.

Used to back into the line and everyone would try to tackle him high and he'd just slip the ball out the back. Now other teams have worked out that if you just go in at the back of the knees as he backs his way in, he falls on his back like a massive tortoise and it takes him a millennia to roll himself over on his stomach and play the ball.

Now that he rarely manages to stand in a tackle he is a total waste of space.

Wow good spot. Tackle the legs... who'd have thought.
