Serious question- may be obvious, but do players move house every time they switch teams? Obviously if interstate but what about nsw teams? I’m unsure on distances in the state so happy to hear what goes on
Erm depends
If you live in the Eastern Suburbs and sign for Penrith, you hire a motel room in Penrith for the year and only go there when you have to. Your missus stays in the East and you get to root a succession of slappers you pick up at Panthers
If you live in Redfern, you are missing something between the ears and would pretty much live anywhere except Campbelltown
If you live in Parramatta you are only getting signed by the Bulldogs or the Gold Coast. You only really move for one of those options.
If you play for Manly and live on the Northern Beaches it will come as a complete shock that there is a World outside of the Northern beaches and leaving will make your head explode. See Anthony Watmough as your reference point.
