Ugh..the aew ppvs are $20 US a pop on fite tv. That’ll get old very quickly
On the flip side they will only be doing 4 ppv’s a year....so cheaper than an annual network subscription in the end.

Every time I hear more about AEW, the less faith I have in the product. Though I do hope Teal Piper has a good showing in the Women’s Casino Battle Royale.
Looks like MLW will continue to be my “home” promotion.
Chris Jericho first AEW world champion
Someone has already stolen the AEW Title belt.
A little bit of the BUBBLEH!Jericho's roast of the roster after winning the belt and then his promo in the hot tub after it was stolen are too f**king good.
We are a backwater market for everyone. North + Central America & Europe would be AEW’s main targets. After that would be Asia and the Middle East. We fall in with South America & Africa - a lot of effort for minimal return. They won’t be touring here for years at best, and we are extremely expensive to get to. Add in that wrestling isn’t in huge demand here, and that is why you need to pay to see their show. Remember, when TNA was at its hottest, they got dropped by Fox, and only came back after a petition. Then got dropped again. ROH has never been on TV here, even when it was setting the wrestling world on fire.On deeper reflection, the fact that aew couldn’t come to a deal with a channel on fox or fta here after close to a year to prepare for launch is really concerning. It’s not like we are a backwater market, so gotta wonder what they’ve been doing. Also will do nothing to attract the casual fan if you have to be on a dedicated fight app to get the show
Yuck yuck yuck yuck
