F@#king oath we will, Lainey.

Would love to see someone give it to Craig in front of me on Saturday night. They would have to eject me from the stadium for shutting someone's mouth.

Would love to see someone give it to Craig in front of Lainey on Saturday night. They'll need a body bag to carry them out!!!

Notice though that all this has taken the focus off the team, which may allow them to concentrate on what they are supposed to do and not on the negatives.

My guess is that it will be a puff piece engineered to make us disgruntled supporters feel better about ourselves, and maybe make us forgive the club for all their "work" of late.

 "puff piece". You're kidding yourself if you think the the Daily Smelly would write a puff piece.

I heartily agree.   Gower has been overly criticised by the media and a lot of the "fans". But to be honest, most of those "fans" wouldn't have the balls or the honesty to say it to Craig's face. It's easy to be a hero on a keyboard...

Cheers,
Tom.

Exactly! They won't say it to his face but they will say it within ear shot of either supporters of his or Amanda...

Absolutley and they continue to criticise gower even though they acheived what was apparently their objective and chased him out of the game. Then they have the hide to turn around and wonder why he won't talk to them

I had the same thought - I have thought for a while that there were underlying issues at the club. Similar thing happened when Royce was the coach - losing games for no apparent reason. It stopped when Adamson was given a "release". Let hope the boys come good - if they do it could be awsome. They have unearthed/brought forward a lot of young talent.

Whats done is done as supporters we should all get behind craig and show him we all hurt when we lose and applaud all the years of loyal servise he has given. How many people here have seen him get hammered in a game barly walk .But get up and finish the game. There is no doubt if he stays the media will hound him like never before. I just hope when rugby is over he comes home to panther town to live

I had a message from Amanda today and she's a bit worried about the reception Craig will get on Saturday night but I told her to stick with us, we'll look after her! :D

Of course she can sit with us and help us drool over girds. ;-) And if anyone says any unkind words within earshot we'll unleash Bubzy and Sharon on them. :D

On the local news here in Newcastle they said about the Panthers making a strong bid for Civoniceva. Is this what Rob is on about?

Plus can I sit with you guys and Amanda on Sat night, too, pleeeeeeease! :)

I'm glad you've got out of the front seat of your motor vehicle, taken the hose out of the exhaust and gone inside. After receiving your text messages I was almost gonna drive to Penrith I was so concerned for your welfare. Alas, Seinfield came on and I can't miss Seinfield. I'm glad your OK and I hope you enjoyed your free lunch today courtesy of Kilkenny. If it was to be your last meal I would hope it was a good one because it cost me $60.

You heard wrong, it's the Carolina Panthers in the American National Football League. How silly are you actually thinking Penrith Panthers would be interested in the number one front rower in the game. The Penrith Panthers are looking at a promising front rower from Souths Logan but I can't reveal his name as I am sworn to secrecy.

It's sad, it's really sad.

Having to give up his home in Glenmore Park, his $450K salary to go an live and play in some sh*t...le in the South of France for $500K a season must be tough to deal with.

Even worse, will be the fact he will have to lower himself to drinking Fosters as the better quality beers from OZ such as Crownies simply aren't available.

I heard they are paying penalty allowances in France. Yeah............. an extra $500 per game per penalty that you give away. Apparently French Rah rah sides are chasing quite a few Panther players at the moment, as we clearly have a greater ability as individuals and as a team to give a way more penalties than another side if not in NSW, in the entire world.

Tom.

Adamson was released from Penrith AFTER Royce was sacked and after the season had been completed. We still lost games for no apparent reason in 2002 as well.

sh*t, can someone take my temperature please, it appears that something is seriously wrong with me - I'm standing up for the backstabber, MA.
