Mark Gasnier tears pec in Charity Shield - out for 6 months.

Luke MacDougall released to Newcastle.
Lose to dive-happy Cronulla at Kogarah.
Richie Williams released to Penrith.
Matt Head released to Hull.
Ashton Sims told he is not wanted next year.
Naiqama, Wicks, Houston, Lulia sign with Newcastle for 08.
Wendell Sailor all but signed by Dragons for 08.
Very dodgy 'benefit of the doubt' decisions deny us victory v Bulldogs.
Dogs forward Andrew Ryan exonerated at judiciary after KO'ing Ryles.
Justin Poore injured, out for remainder of season.
11 match (7 year) winning streak v Souths ends at WIN stadium.
Ryles suspended for 2 weeks after dubious grapple charge.
Dragons announce they will not be fielding a premier league in 08.
Fail to qualify for finals series.
Dragons announce they will not be playing at Kogarah in 08.
Melbourne train on Kogarah Oval to prepare for grand final.
Melbourne win grand final.
First confirmed signings for 08 are fringe Souths players Stuart Webb and Jardine Bobongie.
Mark Gasnier KO'd in Test match, Steve Matai will serve paltry 2 match suspension during trials.
After months of rumour and innuendo, Melbourne forward and key recruitment target Jeremy Smith rejects St George offer to remain with Storm.

And we still have a couple of months left... I like to think I'm a calm, patient, even-tempered cat but the steady stream of bad news we've copped this season is enough to break me.

Have I missed anything?

the previous 2nd lowest being 10th (Brown again)
had our lowest try-scorer in the history of the Dragons (Matt Cooper with 11) (previous lowest being 14 by Blacklock in 2003)
Had our lowest point-scorer in the history of the dragons (Jamie Soward with 105) previous lowest being Michael Ennis with 108 in 2005
lost to manly for the first time since 2004 (7 straight victories previously I believe)
Reserve grade also having an unsuccesful year (considering everyones high expectations)
and cronulla finished higher than us on the ladder always bad!

Here is our massive :sarcasm: list of good news from last season..

Richie Williams released to Penrith.
Signed Soward.
Nightingale and Scott flourish towards the end of the season.
Rangi Chase and Chase Stanley in Kiwi's Squad.

And Beating Manly somewhere along the way.

Thats about a quarter of the length of the bad news :(

I think that Soward was just about the years best signing for any club.

And then, when he arrived, he didnt turn into a pumpkin, he turned it on.

Youd have to believe he is representative material sometime over the next few years.

An act of vandalism Quigs, and one which reflected poorly on the clowns who did the deed.

I understand a few of the clowns were thinking of suing for loss of reputation.
