Widdup asked for release in pre season but denied....Moltzen offered last month for match payments only by Tauber his agent (also Benjis agent)

Benji also pushing for him as halfback and back up FB.

Its been a hot topic among two of the big agents I know...I also think Creagh will be released along w possibly Nightingale this year whos been appraoched by st Helens

If its Widdop, then Dousts master plan of replacing Soward has backfired. Stick Hutchison in there along with Aitken. We need to give these young kids a go.

Not true. It's completely false. Straight from Widdops manager... Has no idea where rumours have come from bug widdop definitely not going anywhere. Is about to purchase property down south.

Bogus rumour that's got legs due to the dragons current state of affairs.

Personally, I think the rumour was made up by some disgruntled Manly fan who is desperately looking at options in his/hers eyes for his/hers club. Our team would be an obvious target at this stage due to the current #SaveOurSaints campaign and recent poor performances and of course that just helps spread the rumour. I highly doubt our management would be so geniused to grant a release to a player who is still contracted for a further 2 seasons in the current climate. It would almost certainly mean their end as I am sure there would be a riot that may or may not be started by myself.

Please be Dan Hunt. Everyone else looks happy at the club whereas Dan surely must be spewing he is not getting a run. They probably word it as a big loss as he is a local junior like BMoz and Merrin but I doubt the fans willl be to upset if he leaves like they were with BMoz and Merrin.

It was never going to happen (Moltzen).
It was a completely fabricated, well orchestrated rumour established by our very own Anonymuzby in a very successful attempt at showing how rumours start and how some of the lemmings and sheople run with them.
Muzby won the internet with this and will be lauded for years. There is talk the Walkley Award could well be renamed the Muzby!
On the other hand, Moltzen is not fit to wear the Red V and may only ever reach the lofty heights of being an understudy to the great Steve Price.
