Anthony Griffin feeling the heat?

Anthony Griffin in his first season did an amazing job with the Broncos, the team was in turmoil after Ivan Henjak was fired and Griffin was viewed inter-min coach. He led the team to 3rd spot and it was Darren Lockyer cheekbone injury that ended any hopes of a trip to the Grand Final. But yeah the rest of time he was at the Broncos they probably did underachieve despite suffering injuries. But a 53% win/loss record is nothing to sneeze at either.

You're welcome to have him back at any time. Free shipping.

For Gould to sack him mid season would dent his massive ego. He will wait till seasons. Like he did to Ivan.

Who would Penrith appoint if they did punt him?
Taylor - no way better as an analytical assistant coach locked away that doesn't speak to the players.
Toovs - Not sure on him
McGregor - Surely stays at saints.
Brennan & Ciraldo - both green.
Not much chop.

Didnt stop him punting Corey Payne - CEO...

Here is hoping he does f**k him off and bring in Toovey. Like he should have from day 1

I cant see why it's the fault of anyone but Griffin. Our players have a tendency to switch off but they aren't even switching on this year. It's the coach's job to do that. We haven't got any decent set plays, that's the coach's job to train. We run out the same selections every week that are clearly not working, you'd think the coach could do something about that.

The dickhead dead set sounds like a sasquatch from Big Lez. Does he even emote? Don't know if I could rustle up any heart or urgency playing for him.

The coach, the boss and most of the team are over rated. That's what happens when a club sits back and listens to Goulds dribble. The guy is obviously a control freak

Moylan to 6, dwz to 1. Cartwright to reggies to get some match fitness and form before being considered again.

They also really miss mansour.

They play really poorly/well in patches during a game.

Coach is a scapegoat imo. Attitude needs to improve dramatically and so does Cartwright.

Then your opinion is quite clearly wrong. Griffin is at the heart of the problem - any opposition fan who doesn't think so is welcome to take him to your club at any time.

Agree with you re Griffin. What about Gus?

Posted it here before, but what has Sitaleki done wrong? Cannot seem.to make a side with a pack that is going terrible.

Someone blamed the players attitude.

How is the coach not in charge of attitude?

Coach cannot control which players he has, but surely he controls and sets the attitude of who he has.

Shyte coach with great talent.

Half the problem is Gould talking the team up.
The other half is young players that believe in the rubbish and older players that are bludging.
These young super stars (apart from Cleary) are nothing special at best average first graders.
Penmyth also bought one of the most overrated props in the game and he is crap for you like he was at Cowboys.

From what I know of Gould he is not only talking the hacks up he is interfereing and causing alot of destabilisation
