Something that hasn't been mention is when a new coach comes in they gut the team and build their own. Do we really want this to happen since we are building really well? Ciraldo would probably be the exception to this.

I think this is pretty much on point. Gus gets to control the football operations without any real friction from the coach. Someone like Des would never go for it.

Only really applies when the team requires a rebuild such as the case with West Tigers, Bulldogs, Knights etc and when the roster they inherit is deficient. If Griffin was replaced it wouldn't apply in our case.

Give Hook some credit. Without him, the Panthers will not be making the finals for 3 consecutive years. I also credit Ivan for that too.
