He's just coming off his TRT regime... But he couldn't come off in time to get granted his licence for UFC 173.

I think it's a timeframe thing...

Ah ok fair enough, his only chance of another shot anytime soon IMO is if Weidman wins. If machida wins Vitor will have to wait until Weidman gets his rematch.
