You all do know that the planets are actually lining up this month. I saw it on the tele the other week.

Melbourne are no chance. They have no football in them. Plenty of structures, no football. No barba types. The form teams in the 8 are Warriors, Raiders & Titans. But will they be ready for finals? Biggest worry is the Dogs who I fear have not even hit 3rd gear this year.

f**k you need to be quick!!!

We are proud to announce today that current NRL Head Coach Shane Flanagan has re-signed with the Club and extended his stay at the Sharks until the end of 2019.

Arriving at the Cronulla Sharks in 2007, Flanagan has gone on to coach 126 NRL Premiership games for the Cronulla Sharks after taking over as First Grade Coach mid-way through the 2010 NRL Season.

Beginning his coaching career with the Parramatta Eels (1997-2003), Flanagan worked with the Sydney Roosters (2004-2006) before arriving at the Cronulla Sharks in 2007.

I remember there used to be a regular poster here who did a weekly post called 'the washup' (or similar) after each game and hated Flanno with a passion. Has he changed his tune or did he f**k off when the team started winning?

The club really is looking more professional by the day.
The extension of Flanno shows stability and means future signings know who they are going to be coached by for a few years.
Take a look at some of the other clubs and the insecurity that seeps beneath the surface.
Not all players just take the most money on offer.
Well done to the club.

Won't bang on about my reservations about him for many things in the past, but the above is 100% right. Club being professional and show of stability a good thing
