I bagged him at start of season ole Flanno but we are top 4, anything less would be considered a failure in my books.
They have done well to get here but the turd has been polished and straight sets beckon in the finals.
The next few years the wilderness of the mangroves beckon as this may have been our better chance in years.

It seems he just cant get them up when it matters. Was proven last year, firstly against Manly and then the Finals when the Cowboys embarrassed them. Softening them up and resting them has either pharked them or is a master stroke. Only time will tell because he still doesn't seem to worried.

It what he does from now that matters and I for one think it's only 25% about coaching and 75% about man management right now. He needs to get them enthusiastic again. Get them motivated. Install some killer. Deal with what ever is the root cause for the doldrums they seem to be in.

I always thought he was tactically inept, but a great man manager.
First half of the year he was tactically strong and man mangement strong.

At the moment he is neither. Tactics are awful. Players look disinterested.
