Flanno had some cred:
- lifting discards Ennis and Barba to career best form.
- turning around a losing culture
- hooking chad in a semi
- multiple finals in multiple years
- great recruitment of the likes of Lewis and jimmy.
- man management must be excellent with all the egos in the joint
- peaking the team perfectly for a gf
- won the friggen comp against a better team on paper
All this with the second smallest off field budget.

You may fluke it year 1 with an established star studded team, but fluke it flanno did not.

We certainly are clunky, and coaches like anyone can go off the boil and should always be looked at.

When people were last call in for flannos head it was for the same reasons (grinding with shite attack). He recruits jimmy and all of a sudden he can coach attack.

I’m sure the game plan isn’t to grind, just didn’t click with a new half and a fullback who’s underperforming.
