Anyone still want to sack Flanno?

Well he used to. I think he's missed the most tackles for our team this season?

that's an alarming statistic
perhaps the coaches playing the sharks have come up with a groundbreeaking plan. an exciting innovation, to run big forwards at the halfs in an effort to tire them out.

because every other halfback in the comp has nearly zero missed tackles so its something the other coaches only do to the sharks

perhaps its a tactic that will catch on

Yes I want Flanno gone.

perhaps with your amazing tactical reading, as demonstrated above, you could sign up as assistant coach

For the Bird comments, a better coach might have started building something around Bird as he clearly has talent. Instruct him to run certain lines, have players running around him, giving him options and putting uncertainty in the defenders minds. Now he's just crabbing across field because he's heavily marked each game and neither he nor his team-mates know what to do when they have the ball.

We've played the same game with Trent Barrett, as with Albert Kelly as with Scott Porter as with Todd Carney as with Ben Barber and we will play the same game again next year with Maloney and Townsend. If you think any differently you have rocks in your head (yes, Flanno has been our coach that long).

building a structure

that's it!!!!

What evidence is there that Flannos structure will bring us a premiership? Is the upgrade to Maloney/Chad enough to turn his structure into a premiership winning formula?

Thats a no from me.

And hire who again?

Oh that's right there no idiot who would touch us.
Not that we could afford to pay him out anyway.

That bit just won't sink in to some of you though.

Mick Potter was crucified by the Tigers fans last year.

Aren't they lucky they got rid of him and this year they've got Jason Taylor...

Sign a better coach. The starting point is low, what is it 40% winning record? Less without Toddy.

I remember when it used to be flanno and sticky don't let players play their natural game, they instruct them to play how they want to

Has that changed ?

Hah
Less without toddy???

Well who faults that?
Certainly not the coach

I bet cowboys win less games without Thurston
Or
Ah f**k it ... May as well just name every main playmaker from every team in the Comp.

So let's take your stats at face value
So in other words after the departure of the bubbler flanno has actually improved despite missing a top line attacking half

Can't drop Robson now. That I get. But we shouldn't be in a position where we can't drop Robson. He should never have been anything other than a 1 season signing. The fact he's been our 1st choice half for 3 seasons is the problem. Next years signings should have happened a long time ago.

Do you not remember season ending injuries to all our back up halves at the start of the year ?
