We were going good when Ennis was doing most of the kicking.

Robsons kicks aren't good enough.

When the go forward is limited & with slow play-the-balls (like last night), he is really found out.

Makes me so cranky at Fifita, with the go forward provided by him, last night could've been so different.

Actually Ennis' kicks were mostly right down Cam Munster's throat as well.

Jack Birdbrain and Wide Graham should be banned from kicking altogether. Humphrey has become chip and chase happy.

It's not just Robbo.

what about barbas kick ?
f**ker had been on the field 2 seconds and by the end second 1 he'd kicked it straight back to them.

No point them getting injured again this close to the finals.
...and it looked like they both did

Was the ref as bad it seemed?
Robbo puts up a bomb gets clearly tackled late and in the air
The ball end up on the ground and it looks like we score
Yet they get a f**king penalty for a player getting taken out in the air.
Which was about half as bad as the one on our player who put up the bloody bomb in the first place.

Spot on.
Especially after the penalty for Wades "late" hit on Cronk.
We got majorly rorted in the whistle blowing dept last night.

The commentators were crapping on about "it wasn't that late, that's a slow motion replay".

Then they don't show it in normal speed.

Our kicking game was woeful last night.... again !!!

This was one of the key differences last night. Melbourne control the game with great kicking, while our halves couldn't kick to save themselves. I also think we missed a bit of size up front (Taga/Fifi).

On a slightly more positive note, I liked the way our outside players seemed to be getting earlier ball, which might help against some of the lesser sides. Melbourne however, being great defensively, read and snuffed out those plays a little too quickly. Wade didn't seem to punch through the line quite as much last night.

If we don't beat the Tigers and Eels, we don't deserve to be in the 8. We 'should' have them easily covered...
