Don't know where the love for the Dragons is atm from Matt Johns, but he has just tipped us to beat the Rooters in an upset.
This game worries me for obvious reasons, but can we do it.After being embarrassed in front of 40,000 last year ,it would be a big boost if we can beat the bastards tomorrow.
Cmon boys.

Me too Jenninga, with my main reason being the roosters are due to click especially sbw who has been well below par so far & with the recent discussions about him not playing for the kiwi's he may just take it out on us. :(

Duges will fire all the way up to origin period, it seems to be his #1 driver... if he doesnt get the NSW fullback spot ill be concerned for how he handles it.. but esp with Stewarts drink driving charge and Hayne's performance as the Aussie Right Centre, id be surprised if Dugan doesnt retain his position.

Thats pretty cynical way to look at it - of course he wants reps, who wouldn't? Your saying he'll put in less post Origin?

Expect a big game from Dugan this week.

There we go, now there's two examples of stating the bleeding obvious.

I reckon that Gareth has been a little quiet this past couple of weeks mate. Perhaps the unpredictability of Dugan is putting him off a little or he's being read a little more easily by opposition coaches.
My thoughts were that he's not the type to accept levelling off and will adapt.

Like most of my theories however, based on zero

That's the method I employ also.

Widdop and Witt will perform well if our forwards can get on top of the opposition pack. Both are good experienced players but with can easily be contained when our forwards are dominated.

I'd like to see Dugan feature in combinations between our backrow forwards and halves. I think he and Nightingale have formed good combination however, Dugan thrives on playing what’s in front of him.

Yes and our forwards will (oh okay, should) perform well if Rein provides good service from DH.

We'll also need an equal share of largesse from the men in pink and some discipline from those same forwards who like to take their time getting off tackled players and commit other lazy misdemeanours.

How many penalties will Capt Creagh give away this week. ???
Cannot afford them if we want any chance of victory

4 - about as many words as he says to the team the entire match.
Marcel Marceau could give a more rousing rev-up
You in the huddles are you? You must be a player. Can i have your autograph?

Creagh talks plenty particularly in defence. He's the only voice I heard getting them moving together on saturday and i was sitting close to the fence.

lol it's the end of discussion because you have absolutely zero to support your bullshit statements.

yeah nothing... never played for over 15 years, never played the game at rep level, never been to a match, never seen Creagh play, never seen his leadership qualities tested when the team is under the pump, never seen him standing on his own behind the goal line when he should be talking to the team..
probably more "nothing" than you have in order to form your opinions. :sarcasm:
