Are the Broncos and Cowboys jostling for 2nd?

Friend will be rest next week imo. Maybe even JWH too.

The players that Robbo has given a rest to are those that have had rep duties. JWH has had spells this season due to injuries, so he may not get spelled at all. The one who might get rested is Jennings who, if memory serves, has played every game he has been available to play.

Roosters and the Sharks are the forms sides of the competition. Brisbane and the Cowboys are falling apart at exactly the right time. Neither will feature in the GF IMO.
lol how you figure that?
The Sharks, yes, they've been building for quite a while now but more than anything this just seems like a case of wishful thinking.
Both Cows and Broncs have built enough points to stay confident and their errors can be fixed well before finals.
Roosters...well, the last couple of games they've had lower placed teams make a comeback, this is also what happened last year....says to me that won't be getting fixed anytime soon and someone will capitalize on it come finals time.

Jennings got his rest for the game he was stood down from playing

The rest of the competition seems to be excited about the Knights ‘comeback’. Let’s be completely honest, at 32-6 it looked a matter of time before the chooks got 2 or 3 more and then RTS had 2 moments to gift them 2 tries. The Gidley try was definitely concerning and the players will be rightly blasted over it.

The comeback by the bulldogs was a comeback in the true sense of the word, they dominated us for that period so fair play to them. I am not saying the last 2 weeks have been perfect by any stretch but what happened yesterday is being overstated somewhat.

I can see why the similarities are being drawn to last year however this year the team seems to be well and truly focused on the finals, resting players and scouting other top 4 teams is testament to that. Maybe a loss last week would have been a better result to re-focus the team, only time will tell I guess.

I have been predicting for months now that the Sydney Roosters are going to win the Grand Final against either the Cowboys or the Sharks. Their two scares over the past two weeks should wake them up. Expect Mitchell Pearce to dominate in the upcoming games, as the powerful forward pack and the dazzling centres ride roughshod over all comers.

Everyone has noticed how well Mitchell Pearce has been playing for the Roosters, which is how he got selected for Origin in the first place. The fact is that at the Roosters he plays behind a better pack than NSW could string together. That is why he dazzles at the Roosters.

The haters can downplay us all they want, the Broncos and Cowboys are still in this up to their necks. They're getting their noses rubbed into their weaknesses early enough that the coaches have time to account for it, and that isn't even factoring in the possibility that they are just changing up their training regimes ahead of the finals and the teams are in flux as a result.

The Broncos have been without Adam Blair for the past 2 weeks no coincidence they have lost both games. Their front row rotation is their weakness, another suspension or injury in the forwards it could be the end of them for 2015.
The Cowboys appear to have more depth than the Broncos. though Matt Scott will be carrying an injury for the rest of the year.

I'll be confident of another Premiership only when Bulldog Force comes out and says that he's "Not sold on the Roosters".
