Jesse had a much better second half. LBA and a repeat set. A good tackle to cause an error.

The Ref has been a lot better in this game. Letting it flow more than the men’s game last night.
Thought he was terrible, the non decision on Upton taking out Sergis was baffling as well as not stopping play when Kelly copped an elbow to the throat and half the players including the Qlders were checking her well-being. Letting it flow isn’t always the standard of good reffing when you ignore obvious indiscretions

Broncos were great tonight especially their goal defence but Cronulla created plenty of chances and blew them.

Whether we’ll be able to create those type of chances is another thing but I don’t think Marzhew or Young would bottle it like Mulitalo did tonight. He was Paul Carige levels of bad.

Tbf, no one could have seen that team doing well. On paper they looked average before the season started.

Huh??? I definitely had them in my top 8, maybe even top 4. They have one of the best forward packs in the comp. Their props are big, fast and mobile. Adam Reynolds is one of the best halves in the comp and his sides have success everywhere he goes. Even Walsh when at the Warriors you could tell was going to be something special and they wanted to keep him. They were flying last year until the end when they fell into a heap which was more related to experience than quality. They were always going to be better this year.

Not saying Kevvie hasn’t done well, I really like the bloke, but it’s also well known that the Broncos have advantages in signing players that most clubs don’t.

I don't think there was one person or bookie seeing Broncos going as well as they are.
Walters was even one of the coaches people expected to not last the season.
