Springs, that was about the most perfect rant I've ever read. Bravo.

Plenty, possibly even a shitload more than what people in here whinge about, but I'm not going to go through it all. It's not about what you've been through, it's about what you learn and using that to improve your life.

To many people want to whinge and sook and seek sympathy of others.

I don't have time for weak willed people like that. Life is a gift, a great one at that, so enjoy it, make the most of it

Mate, Because people asked to be weak willed? Some people don't ask for what they get, but it's what life dishes up for them. I've been put through absolute hell since I was 9. I didn't ask for it. I didn't want it. But I'm trying to deal with it.

Life is a gift yes, but it does not mean it's always a good gift. For me, it's been like an unwanted set of socks a kid get's at Christmas.

No surprise that it's the people who hate their lives that appreciate Springs' point of view.

Sorry, but there's always a way to make yourself happy, regardless of your circumstances, everybody goes through hardships, we all suffer losses, illnesses, all kinds of pain, you know what there's always a way to deal with it and make the most of what ever you have.

You must not be really good at making your loved ones happy if that's what you dedicate your life to, that's what matters to you and yet you're still miserable. Obviously you're current ways aren't making you feel as fulfilled as you intend them to.

Oh and seriously, if you don't want people to tell you to harden the f**k up, then maybe don't have a piss and a moan about what a shit deal you're life is when you're so unwilling to make any changes.

read my posts after that for further clarification of what I meant.

My views are based on my experiences trying to help people, so I'm not just saying shit. I'm talking about observations of a large number of people I have dealt with over many years. Most people in my experience aren't weak willed.

I didn't say that. I didn't imply that. Where the f**k do you get that shit from?

and that doesn't make you weak willed.

thats how you want to look at it, then thats up to you. I've had shit going on in my life ever since I was born.

I never complain or whinge about it because that serves no purpose in my opinion.

Life isn't about how many times you fall down, it's about how you get back up.

If you want to use the hardships in your life as an excuse for why your life isn't how you'd like it to be, go right ahead.

I'm not stopping you.

If you don't like the opinions of others, then I'd suggest you don't ask for opinions from others.

Apologies regarding 1st statement, read it wrong way. Long exhausting day. I agree with you. But yes, some have different outlooks and views and ways of dealing with things. I'm not going to post anymore regarding things but sometimes anonymity can help others open a bit.

Read your other posts and I see your point now. So I'll leave it there.

Let's not forget a certain day next week.
Massacre Day

A day where women throw the shit into the fan if you don't give them a treat

Not my Wife. Specially selected for that (and many other) reasons.

WTF is going on if you need to be reminded of a day to do this. Just do it because you want to - not because the merchandising juggernaut says so.

Surprise them - that's what they like.

I disagree. Look at all the psychotic loonies going berko because the world didn't stop to give them a perfect moment on Feb 14.

Then give thanks that they are not chucking a spaz at you.

February 14th. Ah....The day all flower and gift shops rub their hands together while the cash rolls in. Again though, I don't have a partner so I can't comment fully but I still think it's over-hyped.
