If you've watched Bird for every second this year, as I have, you'll know he deserves many, many more raps than he gets.

Stands in the tackle 90% of the time. Can threaten to offload 60%. Can step. Can pass. Has a developing kicking game, including spiral bomb. Puts on massive hits.

What more could you want from a player? I havent seen one like him since early Fittler.

Lockyer is the number 1 5/8 in the game now.... no question.

bowen is one of the games best players because of his ability to turn the game. he's an electric player. you dont have to be number 1 on the pecking order to be one of the best players... look at steven price. he's been easily one of the games best props over a few years now and yet an aus jersey eluded him until this one off test

i would dare suggest the fact that the Titans didnt make the finals went against Prince and the fact Crock was the halfback that helped Melb make 2 GFs in a row and was the GF winning halfback

Prince was by far the best halfback in the comp after Thurston this year. I think its a joke that he wasn't selected with Thurston injured.
