A selection tournament is going on at St Marys this week, and the team is named on Friday.
I reckon Snowden and Mullen will make the team on reputation - and good performances could see Andriessen, Hlad, Barton and maybe a bolter or two make the side from the Hunter. Fingers crossed.

Roopy I know Hlad has left school and is doing an apprenticeship and is therefore inelegible to participate in any schoolboy carnivals.I'm also pretty sure Barton is no longer at school so the same would apply to him.

Thanks for that - I got that information from Helene O'Niel on the radio and she just mentioned Kade and said 'a heap of others from the NSW u17 side' - I just assumed those kids would still be in school.

We had three on the last schoolboys tour - Brad Wallace (now on the bench in Flegg) - Luke Mercer (was a centre - now lock in Flegg) - Jermaine Ale (now playing for the roosters in Flegg on $40,000 a season).
