22 top kangaroo players are not selected this year , out injured, or rested , coach sheenes will work his magic on our junior roos, they wont let us down
So assuming Tim Sheens intends on giving all players a run, I see the sides being:
Top 17 in first game:
1. Inglis
2. Tupou
3. Jennings
4. Hayne
5. Mansour / Johnston
6. DCE
7. Cronk
8. Woods
9. Smith
10. Parker
11. Scott
12. Hoffman
13. Bird
14. Papali
15. Cordner
16. Guerra
17. Thaiday
I see our side against Samoa being:
1. Hayne
2. Johnston / Mansour
3. Walker
4. Inglis
5. Mata'utia
6. DCE
7. Cronk
8. Woods
9. Farah
10. Thaiday
11. Jackson
12. Guerra
13. Parker
14. Klemmer
15. Papali
16. Bird
17. Hunt
Or something similar giving all the guys a run. With form from these games deciding which winger gets a run at full strength, who plays fullback from Hayne and GI. Who plays where in the pack and so on.
Atleast that's basically what Sheens did last year. With so many injuries it's hard to see any combination of players giving us a good front row.
Hopefully Moylan gets calles in to replace him. Inglis will be needed in the centres without Hayne IMO.
Inglis would be first string Fullback with or without Hayne and I think Moylan will definitely replace him but over Inglis? It won't happen.
He will be in the same boat as Johnston and Mata'utia
Sheens to bring in Moltzen
you must be a very unhappy man today, 11000 plus posts and now you are moving to an nfl forum!Lets gone England we got dis
in the squad of 24, they must replace hayne with a prop, they were too light on. lawrence, napa, or willie mason [he did get named in the train on squad], i don't mind who, but you don't want papalii getting more then 25 min in the centre of the field. and you want thaiday playing wide, thats where he excels.
They picked 4 specialist wingers. So need a centre or FB to cover for Hayne
