What actual issues with the refs from the last two weeks are you referring to?

Tonight's constant wrestling and working our attackers in tackles and the fact that they were offside the WHOLE night, everyone around me at the game saw it and were losing it at the refs.

Oh and Cameron Smith reffing the game himself, you can't talk to the refs but at one stage he even thumbed up the ref after a discussion which took place while he was walking back into position after taking a conversion.

Souths and the Storm were offside all night for both games, but it's no big deal we were never meant to make the 8 anyway. We were only allowed to think we had a chance, looks like the NRL's plan will backfired because I don't think the team or fans have much fight left at all.

If Todd's plan was that we had a glimmer of hope to play in the finals (big if), then the NRL Gods decided that our halves would self destruct at the start of our run, just to make sure it didn't happen.

We had no chance whilst Foran was AWOL and Normz was (allegedly) dropping pingas.

There were times our 10 metres was 15, the 2 referees doesn't work 2 total different interpretations, but that's a story for another day.

Well said. Fans making excuses and blaming refs, greenberg, grant etc is f**king embarrassing. About as embarrassing as our board who blamed everyone else but themselves. Victim mentality is loser mentality.

They know how to get away with it because they're an exceptionally well drilled team that prioritises on winning the key aspect of the entire sport - the play the ball area - whereas Parra has neglected this aspect for a decade.

Melbourne Storm's attention to detail in every aspect of the game is phenomenal. Where do you really want me to start on what they do well???

But, they have Craig Bellamy, probably the greatest tactical mind in the NRL and we have a coaching staff that is tactically unproven at this stage of their career.

We've been poor around the play the ball all year. Our line speed and communication in defence was awesome the first 6 weeks. We appear defensively very ordinary with Beau Scott off the field.

I still can't work out how our coaching staff believe that forwards receiving the ball 3-5 metres behind the advantage line is a good idea, where every decent team gets the ball right on the advantage line.

8 point tries being denied

Lying all over the ruck

Shoulder charges going unpunished


Like I said - we didn't deserve to win either game, but the contests were far from even.

You should work on your reading comprehension.

I've not once blamed the refs for the loss.

All I want is for them to do their jobs right.

There is a lot we can learn from the Storm, but the reason they get awaywith murder is simple: Cameron Smith, Australian captain and future Immortal, plays for them, and he's the greatest thing ever.

All I'm saying is we need to shine a light on why the rules are being casually ignored.

I've said all along that the refs didn't cost us the games - but they didnt do their jobs (ie: police the rules to ensure an even contest).
