I hate Murphy, he is a Kiwi, but a prick, he should lose points for what he did. Then he has the hide to get out and make out like it was Ambrose's fault.

The ego out of control definitely wasn't that of Ambrose...... Murphy is a big cat who doesn't like to lose.......

Very true, Ambrose left him alot of room, he just punted him off, obviously he didn't expect to get taken out as well. Murphy probably took offense to the fact Ambrose drove around him and tried to put him into the wall with a little nudge.

The real joke here is, nothing is being done about it, guess you have to be a holden driving to get away with things. IF a ford driver had of done what Murphy did, he'd be fined and lose points.

The biggest fiasco was the balaclava. For the last two years Ambrose hasn't worn one, why now was it so important?

Congrates to Mark and Todd, what a great birthday present for Todd, doesn't get much better than that, awsome job, also congrates to Team dodo's Jason Richards and Jamie Wincup, awsome job to finish second, great job by Steve Ellery and Adam Macrow for 3rd and also special mention to Cameron McConville and Andrew Jones for finishing in 4th place, what a fantastic solid and strong performance by them

bathurst winners are more well known than championship winners.

sad fact.

ambrose is going to be sh*t in nascar if he can't handle the crashes.

He was to blame, if I was Ambrose I'd be pissed off enough to do what he did too, SO WOULD MURPHY, other drivers though atleast admit when they make a mistake, which Murphy wasn't man enough to do. Murphy would rather try and point the finger at Ambrose to try and hide the fact he f**ked up. Unfortunately nothing has come of it and Murphy has gotten off but he'll continue to finger point at Ambrose to try and make himself out to be the victim.

Bollucks, Bathurst is 1 race, the championship is a season. No one gives a rats who won bathurst the year before till Bathurst rocks up again.

Because Holdens are the favourites, they get everything go their way. Perfect example is Ingall, he got off with alot as a Holden driver, since switching to FORD he has had to tone it down because he gets nailed by the officials if he does one thing wrong.

Have they let Ford use their proper undertray yet? Or are they still making them chop it down? I've heard a few of the Ford guys on V8Superstars say thats something they would like to see happen to make it fairer on the Ford guys. And isn't Holden using Ford front suspension? You watch a Ford will win it this year, Ambrose or Ingall, and if a Ford wins it next year we will see rule changes to give it back to Holden.

The rules have stated that the balaclavas must be worn, and have all along. Simply because the stewards of other tracks have chosen to turn a blind eye for 2 years doesn't mean this year's Bathurst stewards should do the same.

The two things that I reckon is suss here are firstly that it was the SBR drivers that were targeted, and secondly that it was left until an hour before the end of the race to be enforced. I know some drivers usually wear them, likewise a lot don't, but I'd have liked to have seen which other drivers took their helmet off without one.

It was a joke, the Stewards would travel to pretty much all the races, I doubt they would use different stewards for each race. I'd be very surprised if they did change stewards each race. Don't know much about stewards except that on the weekend they were f**kwits. Ambrose gets nailed over the balaclava which he openly admits to not wearing one for 3 years, why nail him now, and why 1 hour before the race ends, looks like they waited to see if he could win the race then decided to nail him because without that he would have won. Murphy gets off for punting him off the track and causing an incident that involved around 10 cars. Stewards = Joke, what do they want jobs on the NRL judicary?

The rule has stated such but why now, in ROUND 10, is the rule being re-inforced?

Maybe the stewards were actually reading the rule book to find a way to stop Ambrose from winning and stumbled onto it.

v8 supercars is a bogans world. Neither car is representative at all of the road version. Everyone heralds the series for its close racing, not the fairness of the racing, because it isn't.
